Eh, that's all subjective. though it's required for level 30, I'm not a huge fan of buffs on armor being useful ONLY for one specific area in the game. An area that will soon be long forgotten by quite a few and the gear from there will be next to useless for them. In other words, get rid of the god damn VoG specific buff slots and give us something that is useful everywhere.
