What am I allowed to play with?
So...these forums are often flooded with "that's OP" and "Those are so Cheap, you must be a noob!" "Nerf because..." Blah Blah Blah, you get the picture.
So guardians, what am I allowed to use?
Primarys?
Autos: The weapon of Noobs apparently, if I use even the worst of these I have no skill.
Pulses: The weapon of Idiots, this gets outclassed by everything apparently, and only a fool (like myself) would use them!
HCs: The toss up gun, if you use these it's cause they're too OP. Unless it's a garbage weapon, then your an idiot for using it. It's a lose lose.
Scouts: The accepted gun? After the latest buff, Scout's stopped being talked about. Am I allowed to use these? Or am I Trash for considering using these in an predominantly CQB Crucible?
Specials?
No. You can't use any special weapon. You're a garbage player for considering any of the three. Especially Shotties and FRs. And also, especially Sniper Rifles. Other players can smell the garbage stank coming out of their TV's should anyone switch to a special weapon.
Heavys?
Don't use these either. They breed butthurt so fast, if you don't clench your sphincter nerf threads will ooze down your leg and into your pants.
Did I get that right Guardians? Or am I missing something? Also, which scout rifles are OP or are not worth using? Cause, it's the only gun I'll be using for the next 10 years and I want to make sure I accommodate everyone while also not being Trash.

1 ReplyLol, I just play, how I play , I love my red death , I also use shadow price, I like fusions , which seem op to me , but they seem ok in the comm. I am a hunter using gunslinger. I love my pulse rifles , I love autos , I love fusions , I love snipers. Not sure what is acceptable to our community but I play how I like. I trust Bungie , and love destiny, I will play destiny for a long time, I will play MCC until Halo 5. I will buy all these other games in spring 2015 when they are 30$,( sunset, horizon, unity, mordor, gta, dragons age, witcher. Etc) I can't be the only one who is thinking this way. I would rather be awesome at a destiny and MCC , rather then be mediocre at multiple games. We are spoiled as gamers. We are in the golden age of gaming. Revel in it. 2 Repliesdude use whatever you want. figure out where you excel at, choose your role type, set up yourself with that role type's suitable weapons, and go in crucible and -blam!- people. for example: i prefer to be a support/ stealth operative, which means i like to hang back and take pot shots on the enemy to help my teammates that are outnumbered and taking a few kills in order to turn the tide around for my team. i also love to snipe and take out the most dangerous enemy to severely weaken the enemy's ability to do damage. so if you feel like you can survive in the gut of the fighting, where its bloody and up close, then go for it. if you prefer to run behind the enemy lines and flank them with a second team mate with maybe hand cannons and shotguns, then go for it. do what makes you happy. just suit yourself up for the map that your playing on. if its a big map, go long range and vis verse .

I myself may gain a tiny bit of credit for favoring scout rifle (VoC) as a primary, but will surely draw the ire of noobs for my shotgun/pocket infinity antics. Hey, if they had the big maps in IB I'd use a sniper, but...and hey guess what, everyone uses all these "cheap" weapons but I haven't seen anyone in crucible with a 1000\1 K\D yet! Looks like they can be killed after all!

1 ReplyYou are also not allowed to use: super- it's a panic tactic used as a crutch or by campers even though many supers counter others....you're a scrub grenades-sticky's take no skill and ones that track people running through chock points are for noobs. only DOT is acceptable in the open.

1 Reply...you still don't get it after all this time? You're supposed to only use Throwing Knives with Knife Juggler and Gambler's Dagger. You nail two headshots with them, get a kill and instantly get two more. Rinse, repeat.
