I would've thought that they would have made a pinned thread that would always stay at the top of the forum like in B.old.
I guess they can't pin threads.

Unfortunately they can't. A while back I think Achronos said they removed the feature because nobody visited the sticky threads. I'd try to post a link but I've spent hours attempting to look for it before and nothing's turned up.
