I am having problems.
So, I need help here. I been doing public events all day today, But I have a problem here.. I have not gotten any kind of package from the post master. I cant receive anything.. So I need someone to explain to me what is going on? Cause I dont receive anything. I keep getting gold tiers. But nothing is happening.

Packages only come for the first public event for the day. Then the drop rate for mats is low so it could be many before you get one for completing the event with gold.
