Apparently he is only facing a $5000 fine and up to 1 year in jail, which in my eyes is way to lenient. If it were up to me he would get 5-10 year, since people have been killed in the past by incidents just like this. He seriously endangered the lives of the responding officers, and the Bungie exec, not to mention wasting everyones time.
