Hip fire
The hip fire upgrade says This weapon has bonus accuracy while firing from the hip.
To me that sounds like just shooting w/o ADS but destiny wiki says it Increases weapon accuracy when firing while crouched.
So what does it really do?

Makes it so your shots don't curve as much when firing from the hip don't listen to chap. I have it on my TLW
