What if I'd push you right on the edge and turn your around so that when you get shot by an enemy (which I'd push towards you), you'd fall. You'd report me.
But you were pushed off by an enemy. An NPC. Not me. Fake reporting is a bannable offence. You just banned yourself.

He moves you near an edge, but doesn't push you. He moves an enemy near you, which does push you off. You report him for pushing you, believing it was him. False reporting is a bannable offense, thus you banned yourself.
