Maybe its a hardware issue with getting those particular strikes to run 1080p on the Xbone?

There shouldn't be any problem, 360 runs 720p natively and the One runs 720 and 1080p natively

Yes Xbone will run 1080p but is unable to keep the frame rates up on certain titles.
