I'm pissed for one reason only and that's that Playstation gets exclusives a full YEAR ahead of Xbox. I can understand giving Sony the exclusives first, that's all well and good. But, why does it have to be a full year?? Take a look at Battlefield 3, Playstation got the exclusives 2 weeks ahead of Xbox and PC, this is totally acceptable. Look at Battlefield 4, they gave Xbox an exclusive map pack for a month before all other platforms, still totally acceptable! And now we make it to Call of Duty *cough* an Activision title *cough*, Xbox has exclusive rights to each DLC that gives them it one month ahead of each other platform, again totally and completely acceptable! Do you want to know why this completely all of these are completely acceptable because all platforms still get them in a REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME!!! Not one year!!! And to all those saying well it's fair that Bungie does this because Halo never branched out to other consoles, well you're wrong. Because Halo is a branded Microsoft shooter and always will be, Destiny is not. If the exclusives were given to Xbox players either a couple months after their release or even A HALF A YEAR after their release, that would still be reasonable. But this right here is straight bull and Bungie if you're reading this, you better treat the people who made you into what you are with a little more respect or else you might be in for it.

There shouldn't be any problem, 360 runs 720p natively and the One runs 720 and 1080p natively

Yes Xbone will run 1080p but is unable to keep the frame rates up on certain titles.

They should release the DLC on the same day for both consoles. I hate it when I'm playing COD on my PlayStation and the DLC comes out for XBOX and I have to wait a whole month. Whether I try to or not I always hear about the secrets in the new zombie maps or extinction maps. I want to find those for myself. Every game, every console, same day.

Cry more over one or two missions instead of being upset of overall lack of content for $15. Activision does the run show, so, here's the scoop. Xbox has always gotten stuff months before (and I do mean months) PlayStation has, more for security reasons I believe it was. And Halo was a huge market for Xbox, Activison has already got your money kitties.. Now they want PSN also. Anyways, live with it.

When was the decision made to bring the Xbox dlc out a year later? Pre-launch or just recently? Xbox owners still bought the game. You do NOT have to purchase the dlc. Halo, Gears of War 1&2 were only released on Xbox, just to name a few. PlayStation owners didn't go around ranting about this though. Look out, PlayStation is getting something before Xbox. Look out, the world is gonna implode.

What you're missing is Halo and Gears are on one platform, and guess what Destiny ISN'T! Therefore content should be distributed equally not a year after the content is released for one platform, if this going to be going on for the next ten years Bungie can say bye bye to most of their money.

I don't think anybody knew till after the release of the game, but really all that was said was the Monte Carlo and the Hawkmoon would be released to Xbox after a year, then when DLC news came out then this happened.

1000000000000000000% in agreement with you ITS BULL THAT the Gaystation and its fan base get it for a WHOLE YEAR when the said fan base bashed the company for a decade when it was Microsofts iconic developer.... I still have fun with the game but a game breaking [b]YEAR LONG WAIT[/b] on 25% of the new content and content that will be so [b]OUTDATED[/b] by the time we get it is a waste of our money.... im like you it would be fine if it was a few months but a [b]YEAR is unacceptable[/b] especially when the Xbox fan base made Bungie what it is today through constant support of 5 amazing titles. But to do this to them is a slap in the face especially when a lot of the bad reviews for the game come from the Gaystation side....the game developers didnt even decide to let it be Multiplatform untill mid 2013 and now they cater to them (though somewhat understandable due to it being a new market)....its a shame but i guess its what happens when they jump in bed with the second devil of the gaming industry Activision i can understand a few maps or even a strike being exclusive as well as guns but to make 25% of content that will be available for both consoles be exclusive for a year is [b]UNACCEPTABLE[/b] give them exclusives GIVE THEM STUFF THATS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THEM that wont come to the better system im totally fine with that option and to any Gaystation fan boys that read this and go hes just pissed and needs both consoles, or the shoe is on the other foot now, or anything like that no thats not why im pissed.... im pissed because its [b]GAME BREAKING[/b] im fine with a few month exclusivity for a game but to hold it back for longer than most gamers will play it (ill come back to play it either way) and when a lot of gamers are already on the fence about the game this really hurts the ten year plan they want to have

i grew up on the Playstation one and 2 once three came out they lost all the good games they once had and i even had a GS3 for a short time could not wait to get rid of it.... Got a 360 in 09 and a GS3 in 11 still got to go with Xbox even now i got a One and will never even attempt the 4

I too feel the ps4 exclusivity is totally unacceptable, I will not be purchasing the dlc until all content is on the Xbox one. Also in future I will never purchase a game unless all content is available on my Xbox one.The way to stop big corporations like budgie treating the consumer in this kind of unfair way is to stop buying their products until they change their policy's .

I also strongly agree to what you both are saying. And it is true that Xbox got Halo to themselves BECAUSE it was licensed under Microsoft. Destiny is not licensed specifically under Sony and content should not be restricted to them. Since the game is on both consoles, DLC should be released for both around the same time. After one year of waiting and barely any new content nobody is going to be playing Destiny on the Xbox. Additionally after one year of waiting no one will even care about Destiny on Xbox. Bungie, what you are doing is destroying your Xbox community. In this message I would strongly encourage any Xbox owners not to buy the Expansion Pass for Destiny. By the time the full DLC's come out the Expansion Pass will be $15-$20. So yeah, what the crap bungie?
