Hey DeeJ. I've got a few questions that are probably gonna break off into a bit of a rant. Now I'm not getting mad at you directly, but at bungie as a whole. I've recently heard that when the dark below hits, play station users will be getting not only 'The Dark Below' content but also an exclusive Raid and Exotic Weapon that will not be available to Xbox users until a later date. Is this true, and if it is then why? Because honestly as an Xbox user who paid $100 friggin' dollars to preorder this game just like many other Playstaion users, I'm feeling like I'm getting ripped off here. I've paid for your product, and then I paid for it to be expanded along with MANY others. So with that being said why am I and thousands of others only getting half the package and then waiting for the rest, when another group who did the exact same thing as me get the full deal straight out the gate. I was willing to turn my head when you give Playstation the those weapons because they weren't a major piece of content to me but now they're also getting more story and gameplay than us for the same price as us on Xbox. This is very upsetting and alarming to me since it puts out the message that holding back content from the Xbox is going to become a norm for guys.

Didn't you guys watch the youtube video. The strikes and everything are already on the disc. It's just locked away. Everything will be the same even with the expansions the cap will still be 30 nothing will change

Play station gets an extra raid and crucible map I think. Kinda stupid and never seen something like this before but that's what happens when a company gets "bought out"
-
You're an idiot PS users don't get and extra raid they get an extra STRIKE it's 100% difference stop complaining
-
That's what I meant to put jackass I'm sorry I made a mistake. And i can complain if I want. It's stupid
That's what I meant to put jackass I'm sorry I made a mistake. And i can complain if I want. It's stupid
Its not stupid PlayStation bought the rights not Microsoft. So next time u want complain don't be a blam!-ing idiot and read about what you're trying to rant about

You don't think I know that. The only reason play station could even buy the game is because of Activision. Your lucky bungie brought in such a shitty company

They get one more strike mission than the Xbox owners (bringing the current total to 2 exclusive strikes). We were told Ps would get some exclusives when the game launched. But, nothing was announced about dlc not being equal. If they had made this clear at the start, I bet more people would have boycotted the expansion. Unfortunately, I pre-ordered it at launch.

Don't expect a real answer, they don't give a shit.

I'm still going to ask. I'm still going to bring this to other peoples attention, and I'm still going to post this any where else they mention the DLC. If I don't get a response I'll probably drop this title. This kind of favoritism is malarchy, and poisonous to an industry that is already looked on in a very poor light. I don't want this kind favoritism between multipolar form games to become the norm, so I'll ask this question and spread this info on whatever forum I feel is appropriate. If I don't get a response I'll drop this game. If I do get a response I'll think about staying. But if I do leave then I hope many others will leave with me on both consoles. This kind of treatment towards one crowd is very disrespectful when someone is paying you and as I said before I don't want to see it become the norm. What i there is another cool multi-platform that only gives extra content to Xbox, and makes Playstation wait? That's just not fair.

Wasn't quite sure where to post this. This is a link to an interview with one of the bungie staff. Take from it what you will. http://planetdestiny.com/epic-interview-discussing-dark/ As for platform exclusivity, suck it up. You don't like it don't buy the product. I'm not condoning this type of business model, however, it's what the gaming industry has turned into. They want us to fight over which console is better, so we're not seeing the real problem, rich bungholes (who don't care about your experience) that only see the bottom line. Gaming is a huge multi-billion dollar industry that spans the entire globe. A couple thousand people in America crying for transparency is like trying to get a crack head to stop smoking crack...it works there. How many games have been hyped like this but never met expectations? Off the top of my head, AC 3, CoD Ghosts, the launch of BF 4....the list goes on and on. I feel disheartened when something like destiny comes along, with so much promise and ends up being lackluster. I'll still play, and have fun patrolling the barren waste that is the frontline for the survival of humanity. It's strange I figured the be more going on. Anyway, sorry i prattled on. I had such high hopes, that were yet again dashed by greedy corporate douchebaggery. Clyde out! Thanks for taking the time to read my post if you did, I know it was a bit long winded.
