Hey DeeJ. I've got a few questions that are probably gonna break off into a bit of a rant. Now I'm not getting mad at you directly, but at bungie as a whole. I've recently heard that when the dark below hits, play station users will be getting not only 'The Dark Below' content but also an exclusive Raid and Exotic Weapon that will not be available to Xbox users until a later date. Is this true, and if it is then why? Because honestly as an Xbox user who paid $100 friggin' dollars to preorder this game just like many other Playstaion users, I'm feeling like I'm getting ripped off here. I've paid for your product, and then I paid for it to be expanded along with MANY others. So with that being said why am I and thousands of others only getting half the package and then waiting for the rest, when another group who did the exact same thing as me get the full deal straight out the gate. I was willing to turn my head when you give Playstation the those weapons because they weren't a major piece of content to me but now they're also getting more story and gameplay than us for the same price as us on Xbox. This is very upsetting and alarming to me since it puts out the message that holding back content from the Xbox is going to become a norm for guys.

Agree!!! I always read on how theyre having exclusives on fighting the dev team but only on playstation like wth?? Whats the point of putting it on here ifost bungie fans are the ones that played halo like i did... Remember where you came from bungie... Its a good advice for ANYBODY moving up in the world.

I'm with you that it's not fair that Xbox users are getting less content for the same price as the ps users. An that you have to wait a whole year for the rest... I understand that point.. I get that. An I'm with you mate... However, u bitch an complain to bungie that it's not fair... But you are overlooking the fact that sony paid for the exclusives is mind numbing along with everyone else's bitching..! an rather annoying. Because at the end it's about money. An whoever pays the most gets the title "exclusive" . Why can't most of you understand that? Is that so complicated? Really? Besides it's not as if Microsoft has never had "exclusives" because they had an have. If you really want to make the community better for Xbox users an ps users complain to the larger companies such as sony and Microsoft and get off your -blam!-ing fanboy wagon an get with the rest down to earth actual gamers that don't bitch about ps is better or Xbox is better.

In truth I wish I did mate. An I'm not sure if your being a smartass or if your being sincere. But As a owner of both (Xbox, and playstation) an supporter for both Microsoft an sony it gets annoying reading these forums regarding what's unfair an fair. That one console is better than another? It's like really? Why does it matter.? . When in reality both are consoles Regardless an they are there to be enjoyed. The whole exclusive thing? It's based on money. That's it. Yet people seem to overlook that.. why? Are people so high up on there fanboy horses that they can't think straight? In my eyes an my opinion this fanboy crap is getting old. An were only screwing ourselfs with it while the companies sit back an watch.. Times are changing an as gamers we need to get rid of that image.

I was being serious about finding a group. As for the fanboy part. We all fly off the hook a little when something we love does something we don't like. I can tell you right now when I first heard about the exclusive dark below content I was livid. I wanted to say much ruder, and vulgar things in my original post, and I wanted to make my feeling if entitlement to something I payed for known. I tried to instead out my question and opinion out there as calmly as possible instead, probably failed a little, and sat back and sauced myself up for the oncoming roasting. But I have gotten quite a few reasonable responses among the flames I've received as well.

You are right. We all fly of the hook when something seems unreasonable especially over something we support and supported. But we All need to learn to put those aside an look at a bigger picture, an decide to come together to make it reasonable.. You along with everyone else are entitled to your opinion an your thoughts.

Everybody's response tends to start centering towards a console war in the comments about this whole 9 months of exclusive content. I play Destiny on PS4 and i think that it's unfair. It's not Sony or Microsoft that people should be mad with. It's the game developers and publishers who make more money off of this. First destiny is broken up and sold back to us in pieces. Now those pieces are coming to us in pieces.

Not to mention all the content that should have been part of the game without paying for it. Like countinously updates to story, items or crucible maps. We paid for all that and did not get it so far.

Why complain to bungie about the fact that Playstation bought the right to own more content then xbox. That's right Playstation payed to get this. Xbox had an offer on the table I'm sure but Playstation paid more. It's a business where money talks. Activision agreed took Playstation's money and there you have one whole extra strike, one. How about Playstation players that will never get a halo game because Microsoft paid a butt load of cash to keep Playstation away. Let's not forget about PC getting all the good updates for warframe first. A pay to win gamers paradise. Solution own every system buy only the exclusives for each system. Be broke but have it all

This goes to Activision more then to bungie. Activision is now collecting 2 fat checks. One from Microsoft for COD and now another From Sony for Destiny. The timed release and all from Destiny is not so much because of destiny it goes more towards who the publishers of the game are not the developers. Activision is putting this out to be sold while bungie makes it. My money is on Activision making Bungie break up the game and slow release everything to push us to pay for story and content that we all should have gotten already. I say this as a Huge Bungie fan since Halo CE, I am still a huge bungie fan but have had an issue with publishers controlling the devs on content and release times. And that goes to COD, Borderlands and many more games that we have to pay more and wait for content. I dont blame you bungie, my frustrations are directed towards the publishers always seeking more money rather than taking care of its supporters and the ones who pay their bills.

You are incorrect creed. Microsoft was the Publisher over Bungie for the Halo series. THAT is why you will never see it on PS! Now Activision is Bungie publisher. You people call yourself gamers act high and mighty and have no clue. You just spew "Microsoft" this "Sony" that. Get a clue. Activision is doing the same thing to Destiny as they have to COD.

However prior to Microsoft, Rockstar was going to be the publisher for halo which would've been a muti-platform game if Microsoft didn't buy them out. So yes we would've seen it on the PS systems. And you're a gamer? get your facts. Money makes things happen.

Warframe is entirely some thing else I'm pretty sure PC dosent have a big company pulling for exclusives the way the consoles doand let's not forget that warframe was in alpha and beta for well over a year before it came to ps4, also Sony and Microsoft screen dlc and other content before they put it in their system so it can take 2 to 3 weeks even more after being submitted. I'm sure Digital Extremes stated it in one of their devstreams and I would assume DE uses that time to iron out some patches for when Sony and Microsoft do ok the updates. I'm not trying to argue I just think you may have been missing some info.

There is a several month delay before ps gets their patch then several more for xbox. I am in a chat room on palringo with a few devs for DE that play pc. They can never provide a set date that any update is released to either console. DE does one thing most companies don't they do lice streams with the heads of certain departments to tell you the changes that are in development. In this case the consoles know the difference in time is due to one company paying to get it sooner.
