Should Arc Blade also have a shield?
I don't know about you guys, but arc blade is one of the more underpowered supers. Sure it's fine if you are in close quarters and other players can't escape, by most of the time this isn't the case. Players can easily jump back and shoot you. That's why I think activating arc blade should also give you a shield that triples your defense. This will actually make Arc Blade an effective super instead of a joke.

I think the only way it could possibly be half as good as the other supers is if it killed everything in your FOV just by looking at it cause... Physics.

3 RepliesIt should, yeah. It could also do with some kind of button where you press L1=R1,again during arc blade and every other player contracts AIDS and just drops dead on the spot, ending the game. Just to be fair.

I choose to use gunslinger over blade dancer... So funny hearing blades coming at me and countering them with a shotgun or fusion to the face

10 RepliesAn arc shield only arc primarys can shoot off would be better Also not having to press r1 to attack, it should be a walking aoe I know from experience I'm a hunter, and arc blade is hard to use ATM

I think it does need something. Because I assume that when I see people getting 3 or 4 kills in a row they must be the absolute cream of the crop in terms of PvPers. How are just normal run the mill n00bs supposed to use it? You fly around the area, basically invincible, killing 3 or 4 people in quick succession it must be quite disorientating yes? How do mere mortals deal with that? It needs something to make it more accessible to new players with limited PvP skill.

I'd rather given golden gun a damage reduction when activating, like the nova bomb. Also, left over bullets in your golden gun should turn into super energy or at least drop 1 orb per shot. It's unfair because a warlock can never waste nova bomb since they don't lose their super if they die while firing it.

Of course! As someone who plays a Warlock I find is WAY to easy to kill people using Arc Blade. I really want to be killed by them more often. In fact while you're at it add some splash damage and make it so they teleport to the person they're trying to kill, you know so it makes things fair for them?

I've been saying this the whole time. I can never get any kills with my arc blade! It's so hard to aim and I barely do any damage!

Tripling seems a little low why don't we quadruple or quintuple or hell why don't we just make them invincible and invisible for a sort period of time?

2 RepliesI agree completely, arc blade should get at least 100% over shield and a 50% increase to duration in order to bring it in line with the other characters supers. Also Golden Gun should see a boost as well maybe 2/3 more bullets and an increase to speed and health. It's the only way hunters will stand a chance against the other classes in PvP and PvE.
