I'm experiencing the same exact bug, I even traveled 3 hours from home with my PS4 today and I'm still getting the "centipede" error code. This is definitely due to my account being bugged, other PSN accounts on my system are able to play still.

I can't even get to a character selection screen lol (maybe it's cause I only have 1 character) but it would be nice to see if the armor I got yesterday is still there
