WTF is the Cryptarch's problem?
The cryptarch is Pure Evil.
After HOURS of grinding I finally get a Primary Weapon Legendary Enegram and do you know what that asshole gave me?

I have now had 7. 2 weapons, 4 armor , & a warlock bond and I got jack shit. Most blue crap was lower rank than the rare I had already. You could have at least gave me a warlock bond you cheap -blam!-.

1 ReplyI got an exotic helm for a Hunter today. I'm a warlock. Not that I'm complaining...I'll eventually roll a Hunter. But seriously engram farm. If he's ten or above in level he'll generally give you whatever the engram says it is. It's not his problem. It's just people keep throwing their legendaries to him without knowing better.

What really sucks is I leveled him up a bunch because he is supposed to have better chances of getting you better items. [b]NOPE.[/b] Constant bombardment of shit. Turns all my blues into level 16 items or green items, then turns my legendary items into blue items.

Now before you all reply saying the description says it may be green, blue, or purple - yeah. I get that. I can read. But that don't mean I can't think bungie and their false advertising isn't bulls**t. Why does it have to be a slot machine when turning it in. And if it is going to be a slot machine, why color the damn engrams. That's just misleading. Again, if you're going to say how its legendary and supposed to be rare, fine. Then do what borderlands did. The color that dropped is the color you got, but it just didn't drop often. I'd rather bungie almost never drop purples and dump a ton of blues and greens on me, but damn it, when I turn it in give me the color of the engram that dropped.

He's too busy trying to figure out how to translate Pre-Golden Age German; looking at photos from somebody's I-Phone of the Traveler; and trying to figure out why the "North American Empire" loved eagles so much. He ain't got time to worry about your engrams. ;-) It's all about priorities. Next time he asks you to scan some tech on patrol missions, just ignore it and flip him off.

1 ReplyHe turned all the purple engrams I got in hours and hours of grinding into blue crap...all of them. Bungie needs to fix this obnoxious random garbage, this is simply ridiculous. The same mistake of Blizzard with Diablo III, don't wait years to fix it, Destiny will not live so long.
