For those at a lower level don't be so quick to decrypt items you find. Consider saving them for higher lvl. My main is lvl 18 and I have 3 rare encrypted items that I'm waiting to decrypt at 20. I found this trick effective with uncommons. When I first started I would decrypt everything and would have 3 lvl 8 weapons but by time lvl 12 hit my gear was all lvl 6-8 (minus a couple) so be conscious of your gear and what you need and don't need. Will help in future. (At 2 lvl difference I think you can manage but at 3 need to be looking for new stuff)
