I too thought my personality had "changed" during military service. In fact, the only difference was my outside behavior and some of my values had changed. While it's completely within your right to disagree with what I'm saying, I'd say it's a bit arrogant on your part to admit you have limited knowledge on the subject, but still possess the discernment to know that I'm wrong. =)
