Atleast the snipers aren't semi auto. Quickscope didnt bother me NEAR as much as asshats using sniper rifles as assault rifles. One shot one kill if your gonna snipe. Bolt action is the way to go

Quickscoping is possible but its not much of an issue in this game as it needs to be a headshot to be effective plus the game is designed alot more vertically then say cod so you wont have loads of people spamming it

I agree they should make the action of ads take longer. As far as making a sniper less accurate at close range that has got to be a joke. Be happy it isn't exactly like halo snipeing. In halo when you didn't ads you had a small circle and the bullet would hit dead center every time eliminating the need to quickscope. Edit. I forgot to add it takes two shots to kill without a headshot. Getting a headshot quickscoping is hard. If you see them and they hit you with that first shot and you can't kill them by their second shot you are just bad or they are just better/ or both

Sadly most FPS end on having people that enjoy this I don't see the point to it nor to the 360 quick scope thing.

8 RepliesI have to say I hate quickscopers... They tend to use the sniper rifle like a super-powered shotgun. In fact it should be limited to a slow focus on the target like a real gun scope and if you use it under a minimum distance of the optics then the gun should be incredibly inaccurate. Some players would say "but this is a game" and I would reply "if you want to quickscope, just get a good shotgun instead". Quickscoping is just misusing the tools in the game. It's not skill, it's cheating.

15 RepliesThe ability to Quickscope ruins a game. And its the tools that use it that also ruin the game and have no skill's what so ever in the use of a gun and how to use normal methods to win. So they resort to skilless quickscopeing.
