6 months later* Considering that the PC version will be all around better than the console version I'm not seeing how it isn't one.

By all around better do you mean potentially better graphics (assuming Bungie unlocks them for PC)?

Games made for the consoles aren't going to be that much better on the PC. Stop over exaggerating

There's a huge difference between medium and ultra.

We have star citizen. :3 a first person shooter space sim. First person both in space combat and ground combat.

6 months. I can deal. I'll already be playing on all 4 consoles anyway, but my preference has always been PC. And I rarely buy a game when it first comes out anyway. Destiny is the first game I'll be purchasing on release (for console) in probably 2 years. I can deal with a 6 month wait for PC.
