Destiny is all about showing off your Guardian. It is about becoming legend, and yet, Bungie says that you can only have one exotic weapon and one exotic armor piece. I think you should be able to equip any exotic gear you want, because you earned it. I also think it won't ruin multiplayer because you just need to be put with people with similar gear and and a level close to yours. This would improve the experience because you could be the guardian you fought so hard to be. If a bungie employee is reading this, please consider this.
