I started wearing them about 4 years ago. Tried contacts and they were more trouble then it was worth. Back to glasses.

1 ReplyYeah, I've got a nice Oakley's sport frame with Transitions. Been wearing glasses since I was 10 or 11. I've tried contacts, but Jesus Holy Christ they make my eyes feel like they're on [I]fire[/I]. A couple of hours with them on leaves my eyes more bloodshot than Cam's after a night of "medicating" and staring at booty pcis.

Used to wear glasses, now I mainly wear contacts. As I have to for sports. But still wear glasses every now and then when my contacts aren't in.

I have glasses, but the only times I have to wear them are when I need to focus on distant objects (usually words on projectors/PowerPoints/etc.). I have pretty good focus on really up-close objects, though, so I think that makes up for needing glasses for distant things.
