Some channel named 4GamerMovie is claiming my old review of Metro Last Light. How in the world would they own this property?

This is the problem with pretty much every variation of the DMCA (which is a terrible, terrible law on it's own) in that anyone can make any kind of claim and not be held accountable for anything.
