Secret Code 14 Red Death, 12 Valley of Kings, 13 The Fallens
Guys I have just discovered a 14th code for the Bungie trading cards!
Number 14 thanks to ToKeepCHoice is listed here:

I will keep an eye out for 12 and 13 which I am unsure really if they exist or not but if anyone finds or heres differently definitely post below!!
