Yes. Very light skinned people exist because they could be mostly or completely white. It happens.

Actually you can tell when some has black in them even when they are white.

O you'll know. They look black, feature wise. You know, prominent Black features. But with light skin. Thats an Albino person, but like a I say, Black features. They are noticeable.

Albino people have coloured eyes? Never knew that... Anyway I thought that the first chick (not this one) was mixed race Could have been Latino though. Maybe Puerto Rican.
