1 ReplyEdited by Mostly Harmless: 2/15/2013 1:59:26 PMOn the dropbox masked outputs, it looks like we've got three different results coming in. The R, the B and the G masks all have different sets of numbers. Not sure how we're going to have to piece together these three pieces of information yet. And the G mask has a forward slash near the front of its number sequence. I'm not sure if what's in front of it is a number at this point, though.

1 ReplyIt is a shame everything is slowing down in here. I am keeping my node active when I can, but there are so few lights. This thread falling down the page probably doesn't help. Does anyone have an idea of what planet will be featured in todays poem?

All setup. Capturing images. Automation checks out. URL up, http://forum.tiedtheleader.com/Destiny/ Here we go.

Edited by SepheusIX: 2/15/2013 7:58:12 AMI've assembled a timelapse of how the data was revealed. Each frame is a single geomask and output pair. I am going to cross reference this with geomasks and timestamps to see what affects what exactly.

11 Minutes till the new day.

Prepping the link for tomorrow (it'll be blank until the node opens up): https://www.dropbox.com/s/6u8114uvxph0noz/finalMaskedOutputDay5.png

Thank goodness we solved it. Last night I went to bed like 2 minutes before we did. This time I got off, but at least came back and was refreshing. So I was finally a part of it woo! /sleeps in exhaustion.

8 RepliesHow do you guys see the numbers? Do you need photoshop?
-
2 RepliesI asked this in another thread but I got no response: The image on the left with the writing gets clearer depending on the amount of people on the site right?. So is it possible to get the writing clear enough to read and not needing this process to find the jpg page? Just wondering.

Edited by Specops115: 2/15/2013 4:23:24 AMNote for anyone who was using SunburnedGoose's automation script please save the text included in the spoiler as a new script and you can begin running now. It should automatically work once midnight PST rolls around. Until then it will just spin around clicking the rows making the symbol with no activity, but you won't have to wake up later to participate. Edited by Cpl Crosseyes: 2/15/2013 2:51:14 AMI'm looking at maybe something like this: 12(3/8)167 _ _ _ (3/8)460404 I'd lean towards 3 for the first parenthesis and 8 for the second. Upon further review that '4' before the blanks I think has to be a 7. Unless those few blue dots around it lie.

8 RepliesI think an issue may be the way the nodes light up. If Australia is as key a piece as we think it is, even with a good turnout from the area we may end up not lighting up the proper sector because Australia's population is pretty much entirely coastal. We'd always be missing the middle of whatever sector they light up.
