What an insightful fact based opinion. Here's mine: nah.

It will be touches upon. There is no way around it if they wanna give us updates and unvault content. Those who defend it are players that are currently abusing the weapon stat system and either are pve players with the intention of having fun with a weapon that breaks from the weapon stat. Or just players that are using the stat to aid their weapons in a competitive environment and always have the leg up on players. They are even funny to interact with. Mainly because if you know how to combat them (slice on strand weapons) or iniw how to bend the game to your will. (Radar manipulation or actually consistently out dyeling them.) They will just cry. Comp in adept 2 is that way rn. Where the moment i beat a weapons stat user in a 1v1 scenario. It's always cheater or hackusations. I'm using a last word and lucky pants. 🤷♂️

Edited by NotCreative123: 11/5/2026 9:27:56 PMThe level of discussion seems to range from "nah" to "ya" lol. My take is that the weapons stat SHOULD be good to encourage players to use it over something else. HOWEVER, getting a "free" TTK shift as a result of using a perk + the weapon stat is silly. TTK shifts should be reserved for situational perks like Rampage, Kill Clip, Emp Rift, etc. You shouldn't have a permanent TTK shift active at all times, especially not one that is tied to a perk (because it renders all other pwrks useless and all other weapons without that perk useless)
