Is Well of Radiance bugged in PvP?
Or is it so nerfed I can't do anything with it? I was using my Ahab Char and it was barely doing anything.

It has been nerfed, when using it secondary effects like cure, restoration, over shield, woven mail, resist , and frost armor can help. Can't think of it as an immortal field just bubble isn't a safety dome to hide in , you got to be more defensive and proactive with it but most roaming supers will automatically eliminate you. Still a great support
