Lightning grenade bug
When using touch of thunder aspect with lightning grenade the second charge of the grenade is stopping grenade regen every time it damages the target its attached too. Only when it is damaging a target, when you throw it off to the side by itself it regens normally. I tested it with armamentarium to see if it was just the second charge of grenades and no it only seems to be happening when running touch of thunder and lightning grenade.
