Persistent WEASEL error on Steam PC since day one — works on PS5 and another PC

Hello Bungie Support, I’m experiencing a persistent WEASEL error in Destiny 2 on my main PC through Steam. The issue has been present since I first started playing Destiny 2 on Steam, and I have never been able to resolve it. The problem: Destiny 2 disconnects during activities after an unpredictable amount of time. I see “Contacting Destiny 2 servers” before being returned to the title screen. The game does not freeze or crash. It happens on all my characters. Other online games work normally. The most important details: My Steam account and Destiny 2 content work correctly on a friend’s PC using their home internet connection. I can also play Destiny 2 on PlayStation without this issue. The problem persists on my main PC even when I use a mobile hotspot instead of my usual internet connection. My usual connection is Movistar, using a direct Ethernet connection to the router. Troubleshooting already performed: Formatted and reinstalled Windows twice. Reinstalled Destiny 2 and verified the game files. Repaired Windows. Cleared the Steam download cache. Performed a clean boot with non-Microsoft services and startup applications disabled. Updated the Realtek network adapter driver and AMD chipset drivers using the ASUS support website. Enabled UPnP and manually configured router ports. Checked for packet loss; none was reported. Confirmed that the issue persists on a different internet connection. Checked for VPNs, virtual network adapters, overlays and third-party monitoring software; none are in use. Confirmed that Discord is not linked to my Bungie account. My PC specifications: Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Operating system: Windows 11, build 26200 Network adapters: Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE and Intel I211 Gigabit Ethernet Windows Reliability Monitor also recorded a LiveKernelEvent 193 around the time of a disconnection, although I have not been able to establish whether it is related. Given that the same account works on another PC and on PlayStation, and that changing internet connections makes no difference, I suspect there may be an issue specific to Destiny 2 on my main PC or its interaction with Steam. Could you please advise what additional diagnostics I should provide, or investigate whether there is a known issue that could explain this behaviour? I would appreciate help beyond the usual recommendations to reinstall the game, reset the router or change DNS settings, as I have already tried extensive troubleshooting. Thank you.
