Unable to focus exotic gear from ada-1 because of issue saying “this item must be unlocked in collections to purchase”
I’m trying to get graviton forfeit from Ada-1 but it’s saying it needs to be unlocked in the collections first even though I’m wearing the helmet and I’ve also required it from collections a few times

Just to double check, could you try unequipping Graviton Forfeit and then checking Ada again to see if she allows you to focus it? If she still won't let you, please capture a brief video that shows you've acquired Graviton but she won't let you focus it. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look. Also, if you happen to recall how you first obtained/unlocked Graviton, please let us know that too.
