I have reached Gunsmith Rank 4 and claimed rewards from Banshee-44, but my available Gunsmith Engram count continues to show zero. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including leaving and returning to the Tower, restarting the game, and checking Banshee-44 again. Nothing has resolved the issue.
