I bought Destiny 2: The Collection recently on Steam and cross saved from Xbox to PC. After doing so, all of the DLC except the dungeon keys were available and ready to go. I have proof of purchase and showing ingame that I do not own them. I no longer play on console so I'm unable to check if the keys landed there. I was unable to find a report that fits this issue since it doesn't fall under an Eververse purchase, but a purchase on Steam that involves DLCs. Any assistance on restoring this content or referring me to the correct report forum would be appreciated.

Edited by BNGHelp5: 10/14/2026 8:51:41 AMHey there, dungeon keys and reward passes count as in-game Eververse purchases, regardless of the acquisition method. As they count as in-game items, buying them on Steam first before cross-saving tied them to Steam, and then the Steam profile got made dormant due to cross-save, making the keys go dormant with it. The incoming XBox account didn't have them already, and they do not share/duplicate to other accounts. That is why the content is not available while playing these XBox characters on Steam, even though Steam shows them as being owned. You can use this form as they always count as Eververse items -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Mention what I've said above that the keys are on the dormant account, and they should get moved to the Active account.
