Bought the collectors edition and dont have access to dungeons
So I played on playstation and just bought the collectors edition on steam and linked my accounts through bungie. I have access to The Edge of Fate and Renegades through PC but not my dungeon keys but it says all the DLCs and keys are installed and Ive already verified game files through steam. Ive had my friends try and help me and we cant get it to work. Another thing is that ive linked my accounts but if i go back to my playstation account the edge of fate and renegades isnt available. So right now i just need help getting the keys to work on my PC/Steam account. Please help

6 RepliesEdited by EckyThump: 10/14/2026 12:00:06 AMHey there, if you purchased the Collection first on Steam and then cross-saved afterwards, this tied the passes to Steam; they count as in-game Eververse items and so get tied to character profiles directly. When you cross-saved, it made the Steam account go dormant, and took the passes with it. As the now-Active PSN account doesn't have the keys, that is why the content can't be accessed, even though Steam will say they are owned. Please fill out this form -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Mention that the keys are on the dormant account, and they should be moved to the PSN account instead. That way the content will be available, on Steam and on PSN. Expansion DLC like Edge of Fate or Renegades do not work like Reward passes or Dungeon Keys. The content is only playable on a platform you own the DLC on. So if you only own those on Steam, they will not be playable when launching the game on PS, that is normal and expected. DLC is licensed by the platforms and they all want a cut.
