Triumph for completing First Contact on legendary not popping
I've run that mission through on legendary several times, yet the triumph will not pop

If it is the triumph I am thinking of, the one that says 'complete on any difficulty' - this is a rather unfortunately misleading description. Playing it on Normal or Legendary does not count, the only thing that counts is when you play it as part of the weekly rotating playlist, on Advanced, Expert or Master.

The triumphs that say 'complete [mission] on any difficulty' are for doing the mission as the weekly story not the classic/legendary campaign. The Neomuna weekly story mission is No Time Left, next week should be Desperate Measures, and then the weekly reset after that (20th of October) should be First Contact, so you can get the triumph then.
