• Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Checking your account in our system, we can confirm your Steam account is not part of your existing Cross Save setup, which explains why you don't see your Xbox characters when logging in on Steam. This normally means that the fix would be to add your Steam account to your existing Cross Save setup. However, as you mentioned that your Steam account appears to already be linked on your end, then this means something has gone awry in the Cross Save process. In this case, the only fix is to disable Cross Save, wait out the mandatory cooldown for doing so plus any cooldowns for recent purchases, then set up Cross Save anew, this time making sure to select and configure all desired platform accounts at once. That said, while you wait out the cooldowns during the time Cross Save is disabled, your characters will still be available to you, but only on their original platforms. Also, please note these cooldowns cannot be expedited or removed under any circumstances, with no exceptions. • Just to verify the account - can you open Steam, click your name on the top right, and make a note of the blue name next to 'Account Details' Open Bungie.net in a incognito/private browsing tab, use the Steam login, and manually type the account name and password; if you're brought into the account you're posting as (xyuneekx) then it's the correct account, if you aren't then you have a second account that was linked instead. If it brings you into your posting account, then the next thing to ask is was cross-save already active but without the Steam, ie did you have cross-save enabled between Xbox/PSN/Epic and after it was setup you added Steam into the setup. If you did then there is a chance that you have ran into the bug that lets you link accounts but doesn't actually include them in the cross-save setup. If the above is the case, Bungie will likely check later on, but the fix unfortunately is going to involve having to deactivate cross-save then wait the 90 days before activating it again so the Steam account is present at the initial activation rather than added later. Bungie will not forcibly include the Steam or reduce the mandatory cooldown(s).

 • So, what happens when you launch the game on Steam?
