I don’t know about that. Most people seem to be happy about the recent announcement. There’s always going to be some negativity. Not necessarily a bad thing to keep expectations realistic, but some people overdo it and are just perpetually miserable.

Tell me that there is a change and that you know you need to be more clear and consistent with communications and that you want to share work progress for realistic expectations and then do not do what you say you are going to do. Not communicating more. Not sharing difficulties, not being more open. Sound familiar? Hype dies quickly here as we have heard all of these promises before. The TALK has to be backed up by the WALK!
