Dear Bungie Support Team,
Good Morning. I am writing this email to request assistance with unlinking my old PlayStation Network (PSN) account from my Bungie account so that I can link my new PSN account instead. With me unlinking my old PSN account i would like all my Bungie, Destiny 2 (Characters, DLCs, Currency, etc) and Marathon data to be transferred onto my new PSN account
Here are my account details:
- Bungie Account Username: Necrophades#4886
- Old PSN Account to Unlink: ShikageNekuroman
- New PSN Account to Link: RollemUp-_-Nekro
Please let me know if you need any additional information or verification to complete this request.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Zuri Daniels

Hello there, Unfortunately, this is functioning as intended and cannot be manually overridden.
What actions can limit my use of Cross Save? The following actions will impact a player’s ability to enable or disable Cross Save: ❖Players who disable Cross Save cannot re-enable Cross Save until 90 days after it was disable ❖Players who purchase Silver cannot disable Cross Save until 90 days after the Silver was purchased ❖Players who perform a refund for purchased Silver cannot activate Cross Save until that Silver is re-purchased for that account ❖Players subject to a ban or restriction cannot activate Cross Save, or disable Cross Save if already active, until that ban or restriction has expired
Source

Edited by Shark_Shank: 9/27/2026 2:58:47 PMBungie will not help you evade a ban. Add to that since March of 2025 accounts cannot be unlinked at all, so even if you could authenticate the old psn to turn off cross save, you would be stuck with it on the profile.
With me unlinking my old PSN account i would like all my Bungie, Destiny 2 (Characters, DLCs, Currency, etc) and Marathon data to be transferred onto my new PSN account
your data is perm bound to that account, it cannot be transfered. As for your dlcs, those are licensed by PlayStation so they would be the only ones who could transfer them, but doubt they will help evade their own ban.
