Disconnecting from PVP in Asia .
Previous issue mentioned by several posts below.
Unable to connect to PVP.

Give it up, buddy. There’s no way Bungie is going to take the Asia server crash seriously—it’s not exactly a primary server, after all. Plenty of people have already reached out about the error codes, but the responses were just boilerplate or blamed our internet connections. Bungie doesn't care about its relationship with Asian players, so the best thing to do is just stop playing the game.
