PLATFORM: PlayStation 5 / Xbox LiveISSUE: I accidentally set up Cross Save with the incorrect primary data source. My blank PlayStation account was designated as the active account instead of my main Xbox account. Because of this, the game is forcing me to create a new character and do the tutorial, and I cannot access my existing Guardians. REPRO STEPS: 1. Logged into Bungie.net Cross Save setup. 2. Linked my main Xbox Live account (Gamertag: GrimmKing7#0289) and my PlayStation account. 3. Accidentally chose the blank PlayStation account as the active data source during the finalization step. 4. Launched Destiny 2 on my console and was met with the New Light character creation screen. ACTUAL RESULT: The active Cross Save profile is a completely blank slate, locking me out of my main characters. EXPECTED RESULT: My original Xbox Live characters, gear, and progress under the profile GrimmKing7#0289 (Guardian Rank 5, 321 Commendations) should be actively broadcast across my linked platforms. NOTES: Please help me manually switch my active Cross Save account source back to my Xbox Live account. I am submitting this request directly so I can correct the setup mistake without being penalized by the unskippable 90-day deactivate lockout timer. Thank you.
