Praxic Blade catalysts
i did the Fire & Ice mission on Legendary last night and did not get the Hyperblade catalyst! can I contact Bungie about it?

To help us investigate any underlying issues that may be occurring, can you provide us with a video starting when you shoot the four diamonds and continuing through the final chest? It should show the timer, all four blights being completed, whether the ogre appears, and the reward received. Just making totally sure, the Hyperblade catalyst is not 'just' a reward for doing Fire and Ice on Legendary. Did you activate the timer, imbalance all four blights during the 'Balance the Scales' section, including defeating an ogre boss, and then complete the mission. In addition the catalyst has to be claimed from a little briefcase-like chest near the pedestal at the end, it does not drop from the main chests nor drop automatically. If you did do all the above, did you previously earn the Echoing Blade and Upper Hand catalysts on a previous run?
