Can we make Saint's vendor exclusive weapons drop as tier 5s
I love my Yesterday's Question, but i wish I could get it to drop as a natural tier 5. It only drops as tier 4s.
Yes I know i can upgrade it to t5, but I'm looking for the 3 perks in each column.
Since Destiny has a future i figured now would be a good time to ask.
