I bought Destiny 2 Lightfall and Final shape, on PlayStaion i recently used cross play to play on steam but i dont have Lightfall or Final shape even tho its bought the DLC’S on PlayStaion

Hi there, Due to how game licenses work, they're unable to transfer between platforms. You will need to purchase the DLC on the platform you wish to play on.

You paid Sony for the license on PSN, Valve wants their cut of the expansion sale before you can use it on their platform too. Dungeon Keys and Reward/Episode/Season Passes are considered in-game unlocks - so they transfer via cross-save. Expansions are licensed by the platforms who take their cut and give the rest to Bungie/Sony, so platforms don't want to honor licenses purchased on other platforms and as a result they don't transfer via cross-save.
