Can’t authenticate Epic account
Trying to deactivate cross save. All other platforms will authenticate, but Epic gets ‘ErrorCannotAuthenticate.’ When I click Bungie’s help link, it says the site doesn’t exist

The information provided by viiTactiiCZz is correct - if you use your Epic account to login and end up on a different Bungie account, this would indicate that you're logging into a different Epic account than the one you have linked. If this isn't the case, please let us know.

Can you try signing into Bungie.net as the account? -Sign out of Bungie.net. -Head to sign in -> Epic, -Sign into the Epic account you were using to deactivate cross-save If you're brought to your posting account (prancingsissy#4963) then the Epic account will be authenticated by default. If you're given the Sign Up or Link Account pop up, then its not the correct Epic account. You will need to work with Epic to regain access to the account or locate the account yourself. Out of curiosity, why are you deactivating cross-save? If you plan on changing an already linked account out for another (ie unlink Epic and link a different Epic account) then that was disabled on March 25th 2025 and cannot be done anymore.
