I just can't understand why people are downvoting a topic, as soon as someone asks for dedicated servers. Those must be cheaters, because a normal player would support it 100%. Everyone complaining about cheaters and conmecting to Destiny servers, but downvoting dedicated servers? No way!

I doubt with the current network archtecture (hybrid peer2peer) the game will see any massive improvements with Dedicated Servers. However, for future games IT SHOULD HAVE those.

I wish, so much... but I think what we're getting now is probably the utmost limit at which Sony is willing to give at this point, unless the player count explodes and looks phenomenal. I could be wrong, but, I think this is how the conversation between Bungie and Sony went - Bungie - "Just look at how much Destiny fans want more Destiny. They're begging us for more. We have to give them more!" Sony - "Alright, you have this one chance to give them more, but the numbers have to look extraordinary after this, or that's it. We're not doing anymore."

Not possible and not needed. I've never had any issues with Destiny's network.
