With Cross Save disabled, you'll need to play on the characters' original platform to access your progress that corresponds to that platform. For example, if you're trying to access your PSN characters, you'd need to launch D2 on PSN. According to our records, though, your Cross Save setup had PSN as your Active Account, overriding Steam. If that was incorrect and you subsequently disabled Cross Save, which seems to be the case, then maybe you're in search of your Steam characters? If so, you'll need to play on Steam in order to access them.
