can’t access one of my accounts through cross save bungie pls help i have years worth of stuff on that account
hi i’ve been playing destiny 2 since i was 10 years old and i played on ps5 i recently switched to PC and had some trouble with cross save, it says my main account on ps5 is already authenticated and there’s nothing i can do to get my ps5 save over to my new PC account bungie pls help🙏

Hi there. In the Cross Save setup, each account you have linked to your profile needs to be authenticated to continue the setup. If you are signed into Bungie.net with your PS login, then it's already authenticated so the only thing to do next is authenticate the Steam account. When authenticating Steam, it's best to enter the unique username of the account, not email. If you're having authentication issues with Steam, please see Steam Support for help.
