Centipede error
I saaw that many italian IPs are having the same issue in connecting to the game servers, I also have an Italian IP with TIM as provider, and until now it has been impossible to connect to the game servers

In my humble opinion, TIM has been squeezing every last bit of bandwidth from their lines lately to avoid upgrading them at the moment (I suppose because there is a voluntary comprehensive takeover and exchange offer (OPAS in Italian) from Poste Italiane to take TIM over)...
