It ll never get fixed I guess
The Deflect on the arc hunter super is STILL broken and I suppose it's not getting fixed ever....RIP

Definitely not as broken as you think, there are plenty of counters and a lot of things that simply refuse to be bounced back, cataclysm nova bomb being a big one
