Adhesive Ordnance not working
Is Adhesive Ordnance disabled in crucible or something? I did some tests with the perk in a private match, then went to Iron Banner to try it out in actual matches only to find it wouldn't activate no matter what. I played around 3 matches trying to get it to work and the perk wouldn't activate one time. Still works in private matches though.
