the weapons origin trait "NAIL, MEET HAMMER" doesn't seem to work at all with heavy weapons, at least it doesn't work with swords. I didn't include it in the video because just from the perk description you can see that it won't work with a sword, but there's also the GEAR SHIFT perk on the NIGHT TERROR sword which is impossible to stack more than x1 because swords do not reload.
