I just solo'd GoA (one run without leaving) but didn't receive the triumph for doing so. I had a "contacting servers" message and a black screen when I'd just started the gangway section with the witches and switches, which then put me back at the entrance to that area. That must be the reason the triumph didn't proc, but it was a solo run regardless of that. Is there any way to check and apply the triumph?
